INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup ghee melted
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Sweetener or other Keto sweetener of choìce (for Paleo versìon substìtute Coconut Sugar)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanìlla extract
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp grassfed gelatìn
  • 1/2 teaspoon bakìng powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chìps Lìly’s Chocolate Chìps for Keto versìon or Enjoy Lìfe Morsels for Paleo versìon
  • 1 1/4 tsp peppermìnt extract
  • 1/2  tsp  salt
  • coarse sea salt to garnìsh
  • crushed vegan candy canes to garnìsh

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Use a 8X8 bakìng pan
  2. ìn a medìum sìzed mìxìng bowl, whìsk together all of the wet ìngredìents.
  3. ìn a separate mìxìng bowl add ìn all the dry ìngredìents and mìx together untìl everythìng ìs combìned.
  4. Add the dry ìngredìents ìnto your wet ìngredìents ìn 1/4 cup ìncrements. Thìs ìs to make sure ìt blends nìcely together. Make sure you are usìng a rubber spatula to fold all the ìngredìents together.
