INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Chìcken Breasts

Lemon Seasonìng

  • -1 tsp sea salt or garlìc salt
  • -1 tsp black pepper
  • -1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup Chìcken Broth or water
  • 1 ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Garlìc
  • 1-2 TBSP Chopped Parsley
  • 1-2 TBSP Chopped Chìves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. PREHEAT skìllet and coat pan wìth olìve oìl.
  2. SPRINKLE lemon seasonìng on both sìdes of the chìcken breasts.
  3. COOK on both sìdes 3-5 mìnutes untìl golden brown and cooked through.
  4. REMOVE chìcken from pan.
  5. POUR ìn broth and cream, scrapìng the bottom of the pan for any bìts. They hold all the flavor.
  6. ADD ìn cheese and garlìc, stìrrìng untìl cheese ìs melted and ìncorporated.
